Limit accidental spills and volatile emissions with the chemically and impact-resistant Thermo Scientific™ Nalgene™ Safety Waste System, designed for the temporary storage of solvent, chemical, and biological waste. The safety can funnel features an Easy Snap safety lock to minimize accidental spills and volatile emissions. The funnel easily unscrews from the support cap for faster access and cleaning. The cap/adapter includes a vent that relieves pressure during dispensing and reduces emissions during use. Includes a Nalgene collection container.

Features:
- Large diameter funnel with a lid secured with Easy Snap safety lock to minimize accidental spills and volatile emissions
- The funnel easily unscrews from the polypropylene support cap, for faster access and cleaning.
-The support cap has a vent with a polypropylene/PTFE filter to balance pressure during filling and prevent emissions during storage.
-The vent can also be connected to an external syringe filter.
-Removable polypropylene screen fits into the base of the funnel to retain large particles such as stir bars
-Not resistant to prolonged exposure to UV.
