The QuantStudio Pro Block Upgrade Kit is an optional accessory for the QuantStudio Pro Real-Time qPCR System. Interchangeable blocks allow for application versatility by easily changing block types while powered on.
The QuantStudio 7 Pro System can accommodate 96-well (0.2 mL), 96-well (0.1 mL), 384-well, and TaqMan Array Card (TAC) blocks. The system ships with one block type; other block types can be purchased separately. For a more economical system that does not support TaqMan array cards or automation (but can be upgraded to do so later), please see our QuantStudio 6 Pro Real-Time PCR System. For ultimate flexibility, consider the QuantStudio 12K Flex Real-Time PCR System, which can also accommodate OpenArray TaqMan plates.
