This is a 384-sample pouch of POP-7™ polymer for the 3500/ 3500xl Genetic Analyzer. The POP-7™ separation matrix is optimized for short- to long-read sequencing and fragment analysis. POP-4™, POP-6™ and POP-7™ are conveniently offered in easy to use pouch packages with either 960 samples (maximum) or 384 samples (maximum) size formats. Each polymer is optimized for specific applications. 

For use with equipment: 3500 Genetic Analyzer, 3500xL Genetic Analyzer.
